02/10/2019	Student Solar Ambassador Workshop 2019.	The day was celebrated as International Day of Non - Violence towards Environment. SSA(Student Solar Ambassador) was organized on 2nd October 2019 by IIT Bombay in Shri Dadaji Institute Of Technology Khandwa (M.P) as well as in two more places in Khandwa where our faculties played role of instructors and taught the students how to assemble solar lamps to fulfill and to celebrate ' Gandhian Principles Of Self Sufficiency ' Along with us on this day over 80 countries across the world joined hands to celebrate the 150th Birthday Anniversary of Father of Nation by having hands-on training of assembling the solar study lamp by students and lighting it up together. IIT Bombay has taken an initiative of conducting awareness programs for guiding and motivating students for awareness about making efforts of developing renewable energy resources and creating global student solar ambassador through GANDHI GLOBAL SOLAR YATRA.
